Bipminds Tech: Could Biprojit Biswas Become a Top Leader?

State News August 10, 2026
Bipminds Tech

Could Biprojit Biswas Become One of India’s Most Influential Young Business Leaders?

From multiple failed ventures at 17 to building Bipminds Tech at 22, the entrepreneurial journey of a founder determined to redefine business growth through technology.

Every successful entrepreneur has a story that people celebrate.

Few talk about the failures that came before it.

Behind almost every fast-growing company are years of uncertainty, unsuccessful experiments, financial setbacks, and moments when giving up would have been the easier decision. Yet, those early failures often become the foundation for future success.

For Biprojit Biswas, Founder & CEO of Bipminds Tech, that journey started remarkably early.

Today, at just 22 years old, Biprojit is leading a Bengaluru-based 360° Marketing & IT Services company serving businesses across healthcare, e-commerce, education, D2C brands, startups, and enterprises. But long before Bipminds Tech began building websites, AI solutions, software platforms, branding strategies, and business automation systems, Biprojit’s entrepreneurial journey was shaped by something much less glamorous—failure.

He started building businesses at the age of 17.

Like many first-time entrepreneurs, he entered business without significant capital, industry connections, or years of corporate experience. What he did have was curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to experiment.

Those early ventures did not succeed.

Some ideas failed to find customers. Others struggled with execution, scalability, or financial sustainability. Every setback became another lesson in understanding markets, customer behaviour, sales, operations, and leadership.

Instead of viewing those failures as reasons to stop, Biprojit used them as practical education.

Each unsuccessful venture refined his understanding of what businesses actually need—not just what founders believe they need.

By the time Bipminds Tech was established, that accumulated experience had fundamentally changed his approach.

Rather than building another traditional marketing agency, Biprojit envisioned a company capable of solving broader business problems.

Building Beyond Traditional Marketing

Operating today from HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Bipminds Tech has evolved into a company offering branding, performance marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, website development, software engineering, CRM implementation, ERP systems, AI integration, workflow automation, and strategic business consulting.

According to Biprojit, this evolution reflects a simple belief.

Businesses do not grow because of marketing alone.

They grow because marketing, technology, software, automation, operations, and customer experience work together.

That philosophy now defines Bipminds Tech’s long-term vision.

The company increasingly positions itself not as a marketing agency, but as a business technology company helping organisations build stronger operational infrastructure alongside stronger market presence.

The Role of Artificial Intelligence and Automation

It is also why Biprojit has become increasingly vocal about artificial intelligence, software development, and automation.

He believes the next generation of successful businesses will compete less through advertising alone and more through intelligent systems capable of improving every aspect of operations.

Beyond leading Bipminds Tech, Biprojit is actively building his personal brand by creating content around entrepreneurship, business strategy, artificial intelligence, startup growth, and founder education. His planned webinar programs and the future launch of Kaksha, an education-focused platform, reflect his ambition to help aspiring entrepreneurs learn from practical business experience rather than theory alone.

His message is consistent.

Entrepreneurship is not about avoiding failure.

It is about learning faster than everyone else.

The Business Model Behind the Vision

That philosophy has also shaped the commercial direction of Bipminds Tech. According to the company, some comprehensive strategic partnerships can reach approximately ₹3 lakh per month, depending on the scope of software development, AI implementation, automation, technology consulting, and business transformation required. Rather than competing on lower-cost marketing retainers, the company focuses on building long-term partnerships designed to improve how businesses operate.

The Road Ahead for a Young Founder

At only 22 years old, Biprojit Biswas is still in the early stages of what could become a much longer entrepreneurial journey.

The question is no longer whether he can build a company.

He already has.

The larger question is whether he can build an organisation capable of influencing how Indian businesses think about technology, artificial intelligence, automation, and business growth.

History shows that influence is rarely determined by age.

It is determined by execution.

By consistency.

By resilience.

And by the willingness to continue building when previous attempts have failed.

For Biprojit Biswas, the most valuable lessons did not come from success.

They came from the businesses that didn’t work.

Those failures at 17 became the foundation of the company he leads at 22.

Whether Bipminds Tech ultimately becomes one of India’s leading business technology companies remains to be seen.

But one thing is already clear.

The journey was never built on overnight success.

It was built on five years of learning, rebuilding, adapting, and refusing to stop after failure.

And perhaps that is what makes Biprojit Biswas’s story resonate with so many aspiring entrepreneurs.

Not because success came quickly. But because he kept building until it finally did.
